The journey began in 2017 when Engr. Muhammad Nouman decided to shape his ideas and experience in the form of an engineering consulting firm. His tireless efforts and utmost commitment resulted into rapid expansion of UES operations across the county. This streak of unwavering devotion was carried on by Engr. Muhammad Nouman who took the company to another level. During his tenure company not only diversified into multiple engineering sectors but also expanded across borders. 1. Drill 3 boreholes at the bridge site using rotary drilling machine
2. Perform RQD (Rock Quality Designation) tests to evaluate rock quality
3. Place boreholes near abutments and piers for accurate subsurface analysis
4. Record data on core recovery, lithology, and groundwater levels
5. Maintain detailed borehole logs for precise foundation design
6. Provide engineering recommendations for foundation design and construction

Dr. Irfan Jamil

CEO & Co-Founder

Dr. Irfan Jamil has 10 years of experience in civil engineering. He is an expert in pile design, pile raft foundations, structural design, and geotechnical work like soil investigation and slope stability. He holds a Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering and believes in using high-quality methods with honesty and professionalism.

Engr. Muhammad Noman

Managing Director & Co-Founder

Noman oversees all technical aspects of our projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation. He specializes in sustainable infrastructure design.

Engr. Adeel Ur Rahman

Project Manager

Engr. Adeel Ur Rahman ensures that all our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. He has managed over 100 major projects.

Engr. Muhammad Hamza Sheikh

Junior Engineer

Engr. Hamza works as a Junior Structural Engineer. He assists in structural design and report preparation, ensuring high standards and innovation. He also supports geotechnical investigation reporting, leads the site team, and coordinates project activities for smooth execution.
